Really a 3.5. A take on censorship, as a 'performance master' is banned from doing a certain dance, but defies the ban in order to bring the beauty of the art to the masses.
Nice story, but a little saccharine for my tastes. I really didn't feel any true tension, it was clear to me that the outcome would all be in Mikk's favor.
The universe building, along with an large assortment of various aliens was very well done.
