Upon reading the description, I thought this was going to be an Urban Fantasy about an Empath with ghost issues, which sounded intriguing to me. It's really a romance novel though, about an empath who has a lot of sex dreams, with one of the 'partners' being a ghost.
I would have loved to have seen the empath idea being explored more than just seeing if her hot landlord was into her. The sex scenes were kind of gratuitous, and her big turn-on of 'eyes like pools of chocolate' did not work for me. As the term was used A LOT, I found myself skipping over those scenes.
In the end, I liked it, but more for what it could have been rather than what it was.
